  Poor customer service. Fraudulent charges to my card!! I spoke to the billing department about wrongfully charging my card $150.00 for a FOLLOW UP appointment. Barbara was extremely rude one of the times I spoke with her. Then would never call me back. I also spoke with Javier, the office manager. He also was very rude and NOT helpful at all. This office told me everything would be covered under insurance and then they randomly charged my card for $150.00. When I call to get an explanation, all they do is give me the run around. Why is there a $150.00 for a follow up apt? That's more expensive then the original apt. I spoke with my insurance company who told me the office wrongfully charged me. Still Suncoast Women's Clinic will not refund my money. To get an appointment you have to save your credit card on file. So when they feel like charging you, they will. Good luck fighting to get your money back! I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have never had to argue with a doctors office like this before. All they care about is weather you have a card to charge or not.
