  My family and I have been patients here for a couple of years now. We have found that while the staff are wonderfully nice and the doctors are also wonderfully caring, they seem to find ways to charge for every single thing. From "requiring" extra visits to address all of our concerns to charging us multiple times to fill out the same paperwork because of mistakes on their office staff's behalf, it is getting out of hand. Most recently, when I notified them that a script they wrote contained a medication the patient was allergic to (thankfully the pharmacist brought it to my attention), I was rudely told that this information wasn't in the patients chart. I filled out the intake forms myself, and I have a copy of them in my records showing this allergy clearly written in the correct place. I hope the doctors can use this criticism constructively to help their practice improve. Their bedside manner is so wonderful I hate to see them lose patients over office issues.

  I have been going to Trinity Family Physicians for years. Dr. Shirmohammed and Dr. Eldridge always provide excellent, compassionate care and their staff always greets me with a smile. I highly recommend both of them.

  Doctor Shirmo is a fine doctor with amazing attention to detail. He listens and cares what you have to say. He will also be very upfront with great communication skills....Thanks Doc !!
